CEYLON STAR的原矿宝石甄选自斯里兰卡来特拉布纳以及卡鲁甘谷河床矿区。那里的宝石得天独厚，属于世界上少有的高品质宝石出矿地，近200年来一直供应于英国王室，1981年英国女王伊丽莎白二世更在这里亲自甄选一颗22克拉的皇家蓝宝石作为自己新的珠宝礼物。
